(2) Net 30 days. Past due payments are subject to a 1.5% per month carrying charge.
(3) NSN checks: $30 charge each time check dose not clear.

Empire Fleet Truck Delivery Service
(1) Available in limited areas and with pre-approved customers that support the program with constant orders for delivery
(2) Fleet delivery available on stocked items only, defined as items that appear in this catalog
Local Pick-up / Will-Call
(1) Minimum Order $150.00
(2) 3-hour order placement lead-time ensure quick turn-around on service at our door.
(3) All will-call orders can be placed via Customer Service by calling (313) 366-0700.
Damage/Shortages/Discrepancies
(1) Empire's responsibility ceases upon delivery to the customers. Please inspect before signing
(2) On invoice or shipment discrepancies, call Empire Headquarters at 313-366-0700 within two days
Returns
(1) Empire accept returns of stocked merchandise only, as defined as items that appear in this catalog Return of stocked items received within:
